"Good:
1. Distance from the railway station.
2. Free pick-up and drop services from the railway station and Katra helipad.
3.The room service staff were professional and quick.
Bad:
1. Hot water issue: The geyser works only for a limited supply of hot water, which is not sufficient for bathing.
2.The reception and restaurant staff were not welcoming.
3. Limited/repetitive food options in the buffet.
4. Frequent electricity disconnections: It happens around 7-8 times a day."

"Staff was brilliant but room not so.
Staff was brilliant specially Mr Swarn Sharma at the front desk, however room was dated, spider web in the bathroom and room decor was rustic - paint peeling off, ripped bed’s head bored.
I have had to ask for dusting again as I did not feel comfortable staying in it.
