"It’s a great shame that a lovely heritage hotel does not get the respect it deserves. My room was not satisfactorily cleaned as housekeeper left beds poorly made, carpet not vacumed and did not replace used glasses. Shower was mouldy and window sills and skirting boards dirty and dusty."

"Very good location but the hotel is old but in a historic way. If you have mobility issues, calling the hotel about what rooms are best would be recommended due to a small lift.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were massive and had very large bathrooms. Overall a very positive experience. "

"The room was nice and very clean but the fridge kept us awake all night making a loud noise. Also this hotel is not near the hospital. It is part of the hospital and quite a distance from the centre of town."
