"Our stay was excellent. We were in a deluxe sleeper and it was such a unique experience. The staff is extremely friendly and the train sleeper was very clean. The neighborhood is fun and plenty to do within walking distance. "

When we retired to a "clean" room there were hairs in the sink, the toilet paper roll had not been refreshed, and, while this is really nitpicky, the cord to the hairdryer was sticking out of the drawer. "I reserved this room specifically for the jetted tub. The stopper to keep it from draining did not work, and it was leaking from the bottom which rendered it unusable. They gave me free parking and breakfast vouchers which I personally felt was insufficient to make up for it. Also, it was under renovation, which had things feeling a bit dangerous as one can imagine. I would like to emphasize that the staff was unfailingly helpful and kind. I am simply expressing my concerns about the property...

"Beautiful hotel however an alarm went off at 230am causing all guests to evacuate and not 1 employee addressed us or directed us to any further instructions. Was not very pleased with that as I was awake for the night."
