"Gorgeous property right on the lake! Easy walking to the marina for boating activities and super close to town and restaurants and the village! The restaurant on site Del Nonna is super fun and yummy and you can eat in a bubble dome. Highly recommend at night when the little twinkling lights are on. We came for spring break and luckily came on the first day that the lake opened the only thing that was a disappointment was the complimentary bikes weren’t available to use."

"This property is perfectly located in Big Bear. It is walking distance to all of the downtown shops and restaurants and is only a few minutes away from the lake and the lifts. The room was very clean and stocked with utensils for our in room dining. I appreciated the garage parking to not only keep our vehicles safe and out of the weather, but also having indoor garage access to our elevator. During our stay, the pool and jacuzzi were closed for repair, but everything else was great. "

"Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. "The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...
