"Terrific. Great location, lovely room, friendly staff. Caveat emptor, though - if you book through Expedia the spa costs extra. It does actually say on the booking page, but it's kind of hidden in the small print. You might think it's a better idea to book through the hotel's own website. I couldn't possibly comment on that."

"The staff at the front desk are awesome, especially Monique the magician. Great coffee at breakfast. Generally a very nice and well located place to stay. If you are travelling with significant luggage and need to get to the airport then have them call 2 cabs as the city has very few van sized options "

"Perfekter Stopp für Radfahrer – wir kommen wieder! Wir (zwei Radfahrer auf Tour) hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Hotel Aurora in Meran. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – direkt am Fluss, mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. —- Ottimo hotel per ciclisti – tutto perfetto! Siamo due ciclisti in viaggio e abbiamo passato una bellissima notte all’Hotel Aurora a Merano. La posizione è fantastica – proprio accanto al fiume, centrale ma tranquilla. Ideale per chi viaggia in bici! La colazione...

"Piacevole soggiorno. Stanza semplice, comoda, pulita, molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza del treno che praticamente si sente poco anche mentre passa, anche con le finestre aperte. Panorama mozzafiato vista vigneti, castello e montagne. Poca varietà a colazione rispetto altri hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura quasi vuota nonostante il periodo."

"Ein Hotel mit viel Charme, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer und es gab hervorragendes Essen. Das Personal sehr , sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger Nachteil, viel zuviel Tische im Speisesaal, war etwas eng gestellt und dass Hunde im Speisesaal erlaubt sind obwohl ein Teppichboden verlegt ist, finde ich nicht so toll. Nix für Allergiker. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder"
