"The food was shockingly incredible, and happy hour drinks and food were excellent. Easy access to everything using the 4 elevators that were very fast. Hotel staff treats you like Royalty. Walk down stairs to Beach, or better yet, drive your vehicle from its parking spot to lowest level of parking garage, in rear of hotel which opens to the beach access. Love This Hotel!!!"

"This place was amazing. Family of 4 here with 2 small children and everyone was so nice to them. The pool was wonderful and clean and opened early. Having access to laundry when staying a whole week was amazing. The housekeeping staff always checked on us even just walking by. We plan on common back in June now, this place is now our family favorite. We can't thank everyone enough for a great stay! room was also great and spacious. <3 Thanks Double Tree!"

"What a special place! This is such a lovely home and peaceful place. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. It was so nice to watch the sunset from the dock and enjoy the view from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Ms. Debbie offered us breakfast on our schedule, and it was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely plan to stay here when we return to the area."

"I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view....
1) The door lock/lack there of
Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired.
2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size
3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....
