"The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city."

Highlights were the gorgeous pool (just the right temperature, every other pool we’ve had in Indonesia has been way too hot!), the friendly staff, and the enormous breakfast buffet — if you’re hesitating about paying the extra for the free breakfast, it’s absolutely worth it, and it’s a little different every day. "This hotel was amazing value for money. Very large, clean room, great swimming pool and a small gym. Buffet breakfast was very good but very Indonesian, which may not suit everyone. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and were the only ones in there, the food was very average and the wine extremely expensive, but as there is no where else in the vicinity you have no option. Very good place to stay close to the airport."

"The hotel itself was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic - so many options. The location was a bit far from the centre and the neighbourhood was not great. There were some warungs across the street, but not walking distance to restaurants. Grabs and Gojeks were easy, so not too big an issue. "
