"The staff at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all .
I arrived to the hotel about 1-130 to see if I could get an early arrival check in and even offered to pay extra . The front desk lady said it was no rooms clean so I just sat in the lobby til 3 when check in was . As 30 mins goes by 4 other people checks in so I try to try to check in again and she says there are no rooms cleaned again so as time when on it’s 2:45-2:55 I try to check in again and they are shift changing the new person said...

"There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem.
This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...
