"I was disappointed with our stay. I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised amenities like a poolside bar, arcade, and children’s robes, but none of those were actually available. It felt very misleading and did not match what was advertised or pictured online.
The room also wasn’t as clean as it should have been. We found a used toothbrush and candy under the bed, which made it obvious that the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.
The front desk staff were not...

"La chambre était très chaude à notre arrivée, ça puait l'humidité, il y avait beaucoup de poussière et de toiles d'araignées. On nous a vendu "des petites viennoiseries et café" pour déjeuner, mais il n'y avait rien. Il n'y avait pas de personnel sur place, la réception était fermée pour toute la durée de notre séjour. Très déçus, car notre première visite à cet endroit avait été bonne, mais nous n'y retournerons pas après cette deuxième expérience."
