Fine, its summer in New Hampshire during a heatwave so I could brush it off, but not great. It felt very misleading and did not match what was advertised or pictured online. The room also wasn’t as clean as it should have been. "It is a a grand residence that is well maintained and has a 19 century ambiance and solitude. The location is great in the White Mountain National forest and just 15 minutes from N. Conway. The staff made the check in easy with my key ready upon arrival. We loved the enclosed deck for a wonderful breakfast."
