"First it was a 3hour check in. There systems don't work. Kept saying transactions did go through but on my bank app it was charged $500+ 4 xs? Than the pool area I guess u don't gotta really RSVP on the reserved areas like we did. Everyone look to had just sat in reserved areas anyway. So I feel that was a rip off. "The room was spacious, but our ice maker didn’t work. The headboard had a few tears in the vinyl. The bedside lamp and charging station didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t come, I needed new towels and coffee, but never got it. The staff was super nice, and we had no problem with communication. The check in and checkout went smoothly. Overall I don’t know if I would stay there again."
