"Great"

"This hotel is good if you want a basic, clean and fairly cheap hotel with a pool + spa within a stone’s throw distance of the Las Vegas strip. This has been my go to hotel when visiting LV over the past 4/5 years but the quality has slowly declined bit by bit as the years have gone on. However it goes without saying the hotel is still good and would recommend people try it and formulate their own opinion as its far from bad. "Upon arriving they asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a fee, so we did. There was no fridge in our room , the phone didn’t work and the sink didn’t drain. The towels were rough and the pillows were terrible "

"My wife complained about something bitten her at side of bed. It was a king size bed. Today I examined her and found Two of her arms had a visible bites which appears to be a bed bug bites. I took pictures of them for any future ref purposes. "

"Breakfast was great and fresh each morning. The bathroom was not cleaned thoughly upon our arrival as there was hair in the shower and a dead bug on the floor as well as missing half the towels. Also the safe was not reset and we could not utilize it. But overall it was a great stay and beds were comfortable, pool was nice and staff friendly. "

"Charged my card $260 when I wasn’t even physically at the property. My brother booked the room under his name and showed up for the reservation but they wouldn’t take his card with his name that’s matches his ID. They said they needed mine as mine was what my brother used to reserve the room KNOWING they would have to change it because it wasn’t my reservation. The front desk when I called TOLD me they couldn’t charge my card since I wasn’t there but yet I was charged?"

"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s...
