I will begin with the positive...every staff member that I encountered or needed assistance from was great! Everyone was kind and accommodating. Additionally, the floor had just undergone reservations, so everything was updated.
Now with the mediocre to poor. The thermostat needs to be replaced as maintenance had to be called to adjust the temperature. We were informed that we would need to push extremely hard or use a tool as he had, to change the temperature.
The shower was clogged with hair and did not drain properly, which caused the floor of the shower to fill and almost overflow each time a shower was taken. Maintenance was called and they corrected the problem.
The beds are not very comfortable, which caused back pain and discomfort.
Lastly, I was attending an event at the hotel with a very large group of attendees, including the elderly and disabled. The elevator service was horrible. Each day there was at least one or two elevators to the guest rooms that were not operating. Secondly, the elevators to the convention rooms were also inoperable. The first night we were instructed to use the elevators for the Bowling Center. By the second night that elevator was also inoperable and we had to use the service elevator, which required us to walk far through the back parts of the hotel with elderly and disabled persons, which was a HUGE incovenience.
The likelihood of staying at this hotel again is extremely slim to none. I would definitely NOT recommend it.
