The Paris Hotel was beautiful. Very clean and well kept. I had 3 rooms booked and I found the lighting in the washrooms was poor especially for my wife to put on makeup!! The water pressure for the showers was vey poor. At some points it was just trickling out. In one of the rooms the toilet handle fell off and the help desk said they would be a couple of hours so I fixed it myself. The bathrooms have no fans so if some one does #2 it will smell the whole room up! That is very bad in my opinion. Some staff was friendly and some were rude and it felt like we were bothering them when asking a question.

Just what you expect from a nice Hotel and what a beautiful place that is The Paris. Wife and I stayed at The Paris to celebrate our 17th marriage anniversary and loved this beautiful Hotel. Great clean room and what a view from the 28th floor looking out to the Eiffel Tower and the strip. The Casino and all the Restaurants are great. Great staff and atmosphere, the ride to the top ai the Tower was breathtaking, and just so much to do and see inside The Paris. 5 stars definitely and I hope to stay there again next time. Thank you.

First we wanna give thanks to Michael the frontdesk who checked-in us during our stay! Wow he is amazing! He has this very postive energy! He is beyond perfect at his work. He is smilling, very friendly, very smart, knowledgeable, very accomodating and he is the type of frontdesk that dont judge the guest by what the guest weaf or looks. He has a beautiful heart! When we were lining u he caught out attention, among all the frontdesk he has this happy energy and everytime the guest left at his desk the guest left with a smile all the time! We are glad that he is the one who checked-in us! The room is soo beautiful with the million dollar view! The pool is perfect also not so hot during the summer as theres shades on their pool area. The hotel itself is beautiful! We will definitely come back to this hotel! We had so much fun here!

The Paris was simply gorgeous. I’ve never been to Paris but I imagine hope it feel. From the decor to the music and all the little shops inside. It’s centrally located on the strip so it made getting around and exploring Vegas super easy. The room was nice and the hotel was very clean and well maintained.

The Casino/Hotel is quite family friendly with many restaurants and shops. The housekeeping needs improvement as we returned from our full day Grand Canyon experience to find our towels had not been refreshed. The bathroom amenities were scarce. There was over crowding in the pool with people sitting on all the stairways and blocking handrails as half of the pool was closed for paid cabana users. No one had paid for the cabanas thus, half the pool was empty while the other half over crowded.

Stayed in the Versailles tower which has great balcony rooms. However, it is a actually in the old Horseshoe hotel. This means longer walks to use facilities, confusing room numbers that dont accurately reflect the floors, and no room service. Housekeeping was good, beds were comfortable, and views stunning. A second chair would be nice and a refrigerator. They did bring a fridge upon request.

Was here on business and my shirt was destroyed because the iron in the room was caked with what looked to be food; like someone cooked a grilled cheese on it. I did not catch this until have heating it u p and touching it to my shirt to find a bunch of burnt black pieces stuck to my shirt. Was not pleased with this and made me think if they don't check or clean the irons daily what does that say about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. With all this being said I do want to point out the staff was very friendly and accommodating for the inconvenience and want to make sure they get kudos as they were great!
