Absolutely love staying at the Flamingo. Its central and close to virtually everything you'd want to do and I've stayed there many times. The one thing they can improve on is the housekeeping. I shouldn't have to call or ask a virtual concierge when my room wil be cleaned, it should happen daily. We had garbage piled up, towels on our bathroom floor and still no one came even after reminders to staff.

Very clean. Had good service. Room was very spacious. The only thing that concerned me is that both tvs didn’t work. We had a service guy to look at them. Just crickets after that. No follow up. So no tv the 4 days. Still would recommend.

The hotel lobby was under construction while we were there. The staff working the front desk were friendly and helpful. There was no place to sit in the lobby and no common space that was smoke free where you could sit with friends. The elevators were beat up, however ran efficiently. Our room was comfortable and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit beat up in places. The shower was difficult to turn on without getting wet- and the shampoo and conditioner was nonexistent. There was shower gel but the shampoo and conditioner containers were not there - there was a labeled space for them. The bottom of the shower was stained. All food and drinks were very expensive in the hotel. We loved the animal habitat and the walking spaces in the habitat. We were there in February so the pools were not open.
