"Don’t be so cheap with charging people to get into their rooms a bit earlier than 4 pm, that’s really tacky just for a couple hours early. And don’t let mice relay rat bait and expire in 5th floor rooms, does the mouse cost extra too? The $5 drink was bad expensive enough. Other Embassy Suites don’t do that. "

"the only reason i gave 1 star is the location which walking distance to the Allegiant stadium.The property is old and dated and dirty,the mattress is so uncomfortable,the receptionist in the
registration was rude,the towels are hard.The hotel is so noisy,did not get sleep.Not a good experience and will never come back to this hotel."
