"The rooms were clean and spacious. We got the two bedroom and it was great. However, the TVs didn’t work half the time. Also, because it’s a timeshare there is no room service. Be aware that this is a timeshare and when you first get there, they are going to give you the hard press to do their sales pitch and offer free stuff. Be strong and do not give in, tell them you have a full weekend planned and don’t have time otherwise you will give up a full day. A lot of people were complaining about...

"When you walk in it looks and smells very clean. I have stayed here twice now and it is definitely our go to place. They don’t just spray something to cover up odor. They actually do a deep cleaning. "

An example of the great service was a tech that was working on the grounds saw I was heading towards the lobby because we thought our keys got demagnetize and I lead the tech to our room and they were able to assist us getting into our room instead of me having to go back to the lobby. If there is ever another convention in the area in the future, this will be my hotel of choice!"

"It was neat, plenty of room. The only thing that we were sad about was that the original room we reserved for our honeymoon on the top floor wasn’t ready at check-in time so they had to put us in a room 6 floors down. It was a very smooth check-in process and secure, and just what you hope for when you are exhausted from traveling. "
