"This is my second time staying here during a girls trip. I really like the layout of the bathroom with the 2 separate vanities for getting ready, and the water closet for additional privacy. The location is super convenient as it's centrally located on the strip, and the rooms are such a nice size to not feel cramped (2 Queen Ultra Resort room). I do wish there was a mirror in the actual room as the daylight is better for applying makeup than the bathroom lighting. Also wish there was way to lock the bathroom door, but would still stay here again. As far as upkeep, the rooms could use a bit of attention. We had to tighten the faucet on one of the sinks and also had to prop up the minifridge as it was missing a foot and kept tipping. Toilet had a very weak/slow flush, and the shower drain was slow. "

"Rooms smell moldy, long lines to get checked in, pool access very limited. "

"Overall it was a great experience the hotel itself is clean. But we had a small problem that was not addressed immediately, which was the toilet got clogged and we called the room service but no one came until we checked out. "

"Maid service was TERRIBLE. For some reason we would leave in the morning to take a tours only to come back to a room that wasn’t serviced. Had to call for toiletries and towel. I’m not one to complain, just take it as a lesson learned. Definitely won’t be returning."

"They have a strong sewer odor throughout the building. But they were nice enough to accommodate me to upgradedroom with less of a smell."

"Amazing location if you want to be in the NW rather than on the strip. Quiet, close to shooping and restaurants, clean. Loved it!"
