"숙소 넓고 전망좋고 침대 넓직하고 따뜻했습니다.
E동 찾는것에대한 안내가 부족합니다.
엘리베이터 조식에대한 안내를보고 프론트에 전화해서 카페 문의했고 오픈했다고해서 갔는데 문이 닫혀있어서 당황했습니다.
연로하신 부모님 모시고 갔다가 문이 닫혀서..
화장실 욕조 샤워기가 부실합니다.
취사가 안되는건 알고있었지만
배달음식을먹고 어떻게 처리하는지 안내가 없어서 쓰레기를 들고 리조트를 돌아다녔습니다.ㅜㅜ

"Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Steh- und Tischlampe waren in unserem Zimmer abgängig. Unter den Betten und hinter dem Nachtisch fanden sich benutzte Taschentücher und Essensreste der Vorgäste. Als wir den Zustand des Zimmers an der Rezeption bemängelten wurden wir mit einer kurzen Entschuldigung abgewimmelt.
Frühstück gut, aber nicht preiswert.
Außenpool vorhanden - haben wir nicht genutzt. Hotel liegt etwas abseits des Zentrums, verfügt jedoch über sehr große...

"Our room was clean though the outdoor deck showed some wear. We were pleased with our room service. When I originally booked our stay, I made a mistake and booked only one night when we intended to stay 2 nights. I contacted Expedia and explained my error, I asked for a live agent for assistance. I was able to book a second night, and the staff at Venezia Hotel allowed us to stay the 2 nights in our original room, which I really appreciated. "The room did not match the quality of the pictures. The balcony was dirty with paint peeling. The room had been cleaned but did not seem very clean and the room needed to be updated. The lobby was very nice but otherwise the hotel was out of date and not very clean. We left after only one night even though we reserved to stay two.
We also reserved for 5 people but upon arrival were told the room was only for 4 people.
The views from the room were stunning so it was nice for that. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hoya Stay. It was very comfortable, clean, and convenient—especially the bathroom, which had a bidet that helped a lot.
We chose Hoya Stay specifically because we wanted to use the washing machine, and it worked really well. We supplied our own laundry detergent. The dryer out on the balcony was either not allowed to be used or wasn't working, so we spoke with the host; they promptly gave us an indoor drying rack, which was very handy. The aircon in the room worked...
