"Room was very nice, aircon didn’t seem to bring room temperature down very much and acted more like a fan without cooling so had to leave on all night which was noisy. Bathroom nice but shower tray very slippery and needed a mat Rooms are only cleaned on request No tea or coffee making facilities in room and water had to be requested"

"Our stay was very good! Location right next to train station was awesome! Front Desk staff went above and beyond, including staying after his shift to assist & ensure we all had what we needed. The close proximity to the bus stops was equally important for our excursions! We would definitely recommend here for travelers who will be exploring the area & need a great, comfy location."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage while we explored the area, and did the same on our check-out day. The lobby had a lot of tables to sit at, and there was a lot of reading material available. Ice cold water was always available in the lobby. We loved that our room was air conditioned and had a mini fridge! The bed was comfortable. The shower was very nice. The location was great for us. We were close enough to walk to and from the Salzburg Main Station. We walked along the nearby river to Old Town. If we visit Salzburg in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
