Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof. Also reasonable distance to many of the city's attractions but the new (in 2025) Public Transport Guest Mobility Ticket is great as it less than 100m from hotel to a bus stop to travel into the city for free. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well so we both slept very well.

It was a beautifully older hotel. The area was nice a quiet. It was within walking distance of the train station. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. I loved the melons.

Nice hotel. Price too high. Some unfriendly staff

I was about to give one more star to this hotel but at the checkout, surprise, the white lady said I haven't paid... I replied I had already done so... She said no I hadn't pay. Then she also mention the city tax... I said I paid everything already including the city tax... Then, and only at that moment, she started to check her record and she said oh you paid. Then she said people can make mistake. I said yes, but she should have checked first before she replied and insisted... Now I remember this very same lady made me wait 10 min to get the key when I was tired getting back from outside because she was busy talking... It's a pity these things happened. It's also pity the hotel put this kind of people at the reception. I guess she may also don't like Asian people, not too say she hate them. Other people are nice and hotel is quite good, well renovated and good breakfast. The price is too high compared to the room, service and breakfast. I would not come back here again. If you can choose, go to another hotel. And don't forget, beware at the checkout if you have already paid. Keep you receipt ...

Siisti ja tilava huone, hiljaista oli. Tosi hyvä aamiainen, runsas hedelmävalikoima, kasvissyöjillekin paljon syötävää. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, en osaa saksaa kuin auttavasti mutta he puhuivat englantia. Rautatieasema lähellä, mutta vanhaankaupunkiinkaan ei ole pitkä kävelymatka. Rautatieasemalla Spar, jossa hyvät valikoimat.

Très beau petit hôtel avec un cachet classique. Chambre très confortable, belle salle de bain très propre. Buffet du matin avec une bonne variété de produits frais. Même des fleurs coupées du matin à la table. Emplacements à 15 minutes à pieds des centre d’intérêt. Nous recommandons !!!

こじんまりとしたホテルですが、キレイでした。部屋は明かりが少し暗かったです。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらいましたが、カウンターの外に置くだけだったので、少し心配でした。 　浴室はとてもキレイでしたが、バスタブはありませんでした。また、周辺は外れた場所なので、夜に歩くのは少しこわいかもしれません。治安は悪くなさそうでした。

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, unerwartete Parkgebühren, Empfang war ein bisschen schroff, für eine Nacht in Ordnung aber länger würde ich nicht bleiben wollen . Das Bett ist bequem hat aber 2 Matratzen sodass man in der Mitte eine Lücke hat , fand ich persönlich nicht so gut. Ein Topper wäre daher nicht schlecht.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch befindet man sich in der Innenstadt. Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Kurz nach der Ankunft in unserem Zimmer stand ohne vorher zu klopfen das Zimmermädchen in der Tür, was für uns sehr befremdlich war. Wir sprachen anschließend den Rezeptionisten darauf an. Er versprach zwar, die Angelegenheit zu klären und uns eine Rückmeldung zu geben. Leider haben wir nie mehr etwas von ihm gehört. Am nächsten Morgen verließen wir vormittags das Zimmer und hängten das grüne "Bitte saubermachen"-Schild an die Tür (Ja, wir haben es richtig herum gehängt!). Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht saubergemacht. Uns wurden nach der Reklamation zwar frische Handtücher gebracht. Der zu diesem Zeitpunkt diensthabende Rezeptionist bat uns, am nächsten Morgen die Chefin darauf anzusprechen. Dies taten wir vor dem Check-Out auch. Allerdings nahm sie an, wir hätten das Schild falsch herum gehängt, was definitiv nicht der Fall war. Sie versprach uns, das Zimmermädchen zu befragen, was allerdings nicht geschah. Stattdessen wurde uns eine Quittung über die bezahlte Kurtaxe ausgehändigt. Damit schien die Angelegenheit für die Chefin erledigt zu sein. Unabhängig von der Sterne-Bewertung dürfen solche Vorkommnisse in einem Hotel nicht passieren. Daher können wir das Hotel trotz seiner zentralen Lage definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen und werden uns in Zukunft ein anderes heraussuchen.

Rude and unprofessional staff, bed bugs in room.

One of the female staff was very rude and unprofessional. When i confronted her about her behaviour and told her that it's unprofessional and i should not be treated like this, she told me to never book this hotel again. I belive she is the manager or owner. Other staff was very kind and professional. She woke me up at the middle of the night to move my car in the parking lot that her staf has told me to park before. Then she complained that my labrador was too jumpy and dangerous when my puppy only wanted to lick her. I asked her why did they advertised this hotel being pet friendly if the staff are afraid of labrador puppy. But she told me to use muzzle when i take my puppy out of my room. She even refused to lend me an umbrella when i asked for one, due to heavy rain outside. I will never set my foot in this horrible hotel again. I also found bed bugs in our bed. me and my wifes body was itching every morning after we woke up. I lifted the matress and found lots a bed bugs.

We were there at the beginning of June 2022 Well, all staff are helpful and very nice. Location of hotel is good. Walk 5-10 mins from Salzburg hbf. Can walk to city center 15-20 mins. But the condition of hotel itself really old, should have done some renovation. Our last night, the hot water for shower doesnt work, the staff told us nothing they can do, probaby alot of customer using hot water that time. Breakfast, it could be better than this for 100 euro per night
