"The hotel was across the street from the annual lobster fest venue. We had a superb view of the harbor from our balcony. The elevator was fast and convenient. The gift shop and lobby were very nice and the breakfast options ( for a cost) was tasty and well priced.
But … The bathroom had a crack in the tub right where you stand. And the sink had one as well. The AC was LOUD and sounded like it was ready to die.The mattresses were old but no too bad if you slept single. THE VIEW AND LOCATION WAS...

"This is the best bed and breakfast ever! Becky and Patrick were super courteous and knowledgeable. Each room ( we had two) was unique historically- chic and very clean. Breakfast was awesome. We will be back"

"The staff was extremely warm and helpful. We would highly recommend Berry Manor to anyone staying in the Rockland area. We found that Rockland was the perfect place to stay that had access to all the places we wanted to visit but was less crowded. It was perfect."
