"The property was conveniently located near the port of Savona with easy access to many markets, shops, bars & restaurants all within a short walking distance. The rooms are clean yet small but adequate. Beds are comfortable. I did not eat in the restaurant as there many other options nearby.
The staff was sometimes friendly & welcoming & other times dismissive & not engaged or concerned with guest satisfaction & not proactive in their response. The biggest challenge was the climate control...

"The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. I identified a small issue with our room and they were prompt in their response and very courteous. They made us feel welcomed on arrival and were very friendly and helpful during our three night stay. The hotel is nicely located near the sea and near great restaurants and shopping. "
