"Love the corner room"

"Construction made you walk all the way around the complex. For people who can’t walk long distances, it is an issue, and this is a BIG complex. Machines are VERY TIGHT! The hotel & staff were wonderful. We won’t gamble at your casino, again. Jackpots are very small, when you get a bonus. We have a casino, 4 miles from our home and they have the same gaming practices and we go across town. Your Hotel and staff are 5 star, though! "

"They charged me a $100 incidental fee, which bothered me, but everyone was nice. My room was beautiful, but the couch needs to be cleaned. Too many stains. "

"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"
