"While the room, staff, food & comfort were good, there were several power failures, & the steps up to the hotel were dangerous especially when it rained & there was no handrail for support. "

He guided us throughout the city, sharing detailed information and insights while ensuring we visited all the major temples and important places in and around the holy city. "Great location. Staff was helpful and friendly. Contact them on Whatsapp to arrange a car to and from airport to the ferry at Namo Ghat. Only issue was the breakfast was not super great. Rest of food was excellent "

"This is not hotel. Seems like a Airbnb. Very disappointed abot the services. I never stayed this kind of hotel my life. No restaurant, pool or Gym, but saying 4 Star. It is a house converted 8 room hotel. Don't be a stupid that everything pictures saying as a perfect.
I don't know why website saying Four Star. Only one person take caring the hotel and one person helping. The perso on help desk very nice person, he is doing everything by himself I would never recommend as 2 star. Very...
