"I just got back from Hawaii and my family and I stayed here for 6 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the central location, which made it easy to explore the area. The on-site restaurant also served great breakfast options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

"The hotel location is amazing in the center o Waikiki. The staff is ver friendly and the hotel property is in great condition. My only negative comment is about the hotel beach access. There are boats that park in the sand in front of the hotel (three of them) and restricted access to the water in an already crowded area. The boats should not be allowed in the beach and use a marina instead."

"The property itself was amazing. Friendly staff, very accommodating, and clean. Loved that they offered special classes to participate in - they didn’t cost extra due to the resort fees that are included in price of your stay. It’s located in a fantastic spot and in close proximity to many dining, shopping, entertainment options. My only complaint, and it’s not a huge complaint, is that it can get a touch noisy outside late at night, due to the nightlife from the bar crowds that are close by....

"I spent a week at the modern and enjoyed it. It’s in a great location and easily can walk down to Waikīkī or Ala Moana. Plenty of dining and shopping around the area. The hotel itself wasn’t bad, the only thing I felt was outdated was the room and more specifically just the bathroom sink and the bed. The balcony was perfect. The elevators are fast. Cleaning services were not readily available. I only saw cleaning carts twice on my floor during a week stay. No one is coming to clean the rooms or...

"This is our “go to” hotel in Waikiki. The only complaint was that we were told at registration that we had a $100 credit we could use at the bar, which we used, only to to find out that we had to pay for all our bar charges when I checked my receipt when we got back home. I called Embassy Suite and was told that the $100 credit was for “incidental credit” that I don’t understand. Would be nice for Embassy Suite management to reach out to me and elaborate."
