"Room was very outdated and areas within the room were not kept well-light fixtures missing shades, bed skirts missing, iron was caked with burnt residue, broken refrigerator. Exterior of the building was in need of cleaning, full of cobwebs and peeling paint. Had to change rooms 2x because of overwhelming use of room deodorizer carpet/room spray. Parking was extra fee and not easy to find spot."

"The staff was great the manager Deanna was great. We had some problems with the room and she moved us from no problems. The staff was also very helpful. Explained how to get around town. Emily and Liam was a big help. Location of the hotel was great got around went to the game went to the pier. Had a great time.beds were a little firm or hard. Rooms are small but a place to crash with great location."

"The entire experience was excellent. Very clean hotel and room. The room was spacious for the 4 of us and beautiful bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the Starbucks attached to the Hotel. This hotel is in a great location to everything. Walking distance to Pikes Market, Space Needle and the Westlake Center rail line which we used for the Mariners game. Highly recommend this hotel."
