"No hot water the night we checked in. Staff was quick to point out they won’t be able to change rooms because it was a sold out night. They did fix the issue and hot water was available later."

"Lovely, spacious, comfortable home with an excellent host and a great location for exploring Canandaigua. The host takes care to serve healthy, local breakfast foods and caters to your preferences. We very much enjoyed our stay and plan to return. "

"The resort was situated directly on the lake, beautiful views! The owner/staff was incredibly accommodating. Breakfast served daily was prepared on the premises, individually for each person. Incredible meals! B&B located close to vineyards, restaurants, shops. Our kitchen, living space, bedroom and bath was quite spacious!
Room was a bit noisy from neighbors but that is the nature of a bed and breakfast being a large home. The owner did offer to move us as well."
