"Nice stay, although we only stay for one night. "

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"I always stay at the Strat while traveling through. Big safe parking area for my truck and trailer. Rooms are always clean and updated. My only bummer part is the dining options and shopping. Since Covid the upstairs is now a ghost town. Options for quick grab meal was a McDonalds, not my favorite, but would like to see more options and be open. The pizza place was closed early during the week and or only open few days a week."

"The room was spacious,renovated and clean. Housekeeping and room service were efficient and very nice as well. The hotel was great,lots to do,see,w nice restaurants and quick eats. "

"Had a fire alarm go off at 7:30ish am, hiked all the way down 19 flights of stairs, just to be told to turn around and go right back up. But only one working elevator and 19 floors worth of people trying to get back up. Can't say that was a highlight. I'm sure it's part of the eco friendly settings, but the A/C never stayed consistent. "
