"Our stay was great up until our last night. Cleaning service came in and we had left a pile of clothes on the floor. Upon our return, the clothes were missing so we contacted the staff. "We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the experience was very disappointing.
They repeatedly tried to charge us extra fees, including for additional towels and pillows. It felt like every request came with an extra charge.
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., yet our room was not ready until around 4:30 or 5:00 p.m. Despite this significant delay, when we asked for only 30 extra minutes at check-out, they wanted to charge us 40,000 won. This was completely unacceptable.
