"Stayed here the night before our Disneyland day and when we arrived we were welcome with great hospitality the hotel looked very clean. It was in a great location close to Disney within walking distance or driving. Now when we stayed the cable wasn’t working at all contacted the front desk and they inform me that their cable wasn’t not functioning at the moment. That was very unfortunate because we came with kids and before bed they typically watch tv to wire down"

"We arrived about 1:00 pm. I was aware the check in time was 4:00 pm the customer service rep told me my room just needed to be checked. We told her we would go to lunch.
