We were surprised at how welcoming and friendly the team are at Angsana whilst delivering great service. The poolside team being particularly notable in this regard. "

"10 day stay in a Superior Panorama Bungalow in Sept2025 was truly a 5-star experience. Friendly staff, beautifully clean and well appointment rooms and facilities. Breakfast buffet was magnificent although it could be a bit busy for late risers. Dinner at the poolside restaurant was very good but we preferred the more intimate Avalle Bistro option. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"The new lobby, bar and pool area with the sophisticated tasteful restaurant that is located close to the lobby and right at the pool area are the highlight of the hotel. New renovated rooms are 5 star like and no complains about anything. Staff was exceptional friendly to insure a perfect stay"

"Could not fault our recent stay at Ikos. The food quality was excellent with something to suit all tastes at each restaurant. The service was amazing throughout the resort, all staff members going that extra mile to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The room was great, clean and well appointed. The pools were clean and there was never a fight for a sun bed and we were staying at peak school holiday time. Absolutely loved it and will look to book a return visit next year. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel and couldn’t fault the staff who pulled out all the stops to ensure my disabled mother and family had a great stay. The food & wine on offer were exemplary and there is a really nice choice of restaurants to visit. The pools are right next to the beach so you can do what you feel like doing. Again the service in the pool & beach areas was excellent. If I had any criticism it would be that the owners need to spend a bit of money to update some areas which were a...
