"Enjoyed our stay , staff are so nice and helpful Emin in the restaurant was lovely and so attentive ,Lily in the bar was always chatty and getting our drinks. We were there for a week and couldn't get a lounger by the pool , people out at 4am blocking beds , and beds lying all day with towels and not even used. So annoying. Lots of guests unhappy. The life guard at the pontoon was very helpful he always got us a lounger. Only problem there was lots of people smoking and vaping on...

"Paid for a high end room with sea view. Room was very tired and in need of update. Aircon was set on 16C and high fan and it was barely comfortable. Worst of all, in competition with every bar further along the “strip”, they had to have loud DJ music around the pool every night going to midnight. Afterwards, several people who had obviously been drinking the whole night come back to their rooms talking and making noise for another hour or two.

"View from anywhere is great, rooms and public areas needs upgrades. Cheap red plastic garbage can and rusty toilet brush. Even in seafood restaurant fish was over cooked and tasteless."
