"I stayed at this Hotel for a couple nights. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, but the decor needs refreshing.

"This is a very nice boutique hotel located directly in the city center within walking distance to many of Krakow's cultural attractions. "Firstly I need to talk about how wonderful the staff are . The receptionist and concierge were extraordinary. My mum had a fall on the first day and then couldn’t walk. They helped us with a wheelchair, helped her in and out of the hotel and even get a photo of my passport to send to me when I was out and forgot my id. The care and kindness was incredible.
