"I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and those were good stays. This time around, I say cockroaches twice during my several days stay: once in the dining area and once in my room! I mentioned it to staff at the reception desk. They said it was not likely because they use and extermination service, but they look into it! I will not be staying at this hotel in the future."

"Lovely hotel with great staff
Lacks noise suppression between rooms
Location is great and has nice added touches e.g water/turn down service but only happened on the first night
Beautiful room despite the hand print on the glass mirror above the bed!

"The hotel was very gracious and allowed us to check in several hours prior to check in time. This was obviously very kind and appreciated. It’s a Nice property and in a great location…room was clean, and reasonably decorated, furniture was pretty well used. The pillows were not what I would have expected, and quite frankly some of the worst I have had in many years of travelling. The staff was nice…but the housekeeping team were very inconsistent, over the course of our 5 night stay.
