"Our first time time staying here. No special privileges for my daughters bday, ours anniversary and my nieces first time in vegas. Desk didn't seem interested. Our flight arrived at 7am, was told that Cosmo doesn't have early check in, that's odd, the others do. Our room was an hour late being ready. That made it even a longer day. Balcony view was nice."
