Caldas de São Jorge Hotel Guide - 5 Stars Hotels in Caldas de São Jorge, Santa Maria da Feira

Perfect hotel to relax and enjoy as a couple, especially when using the spa facilities. The staff was amazing and making sure we were having a nice stay. The breakfast buffet was really worth it.

I travelled in a group of 7, including 2 young children. The rooms were lovely, our overlooked the beach and the pool. Rooms have a mini bar which is reasonable priced. Jorge in the restaurant was outstanding, he gave excellent food and wine recommendations and he was great with my young children (some thing other hotels struggle with). When my daughter would only eat a cheese sandwich, without hesitation he made it happen, his juggling skills had her amazed, she still talks of the magician...

This hotel is simply exceptional in every way, I can't wait to return. The amazing staff, the gorgeous building and interiors, the location, the unforgettable food and drink. It was absolutely amazing ❤️

This is the nicest European hotel we have ever stayed in. The building is fabulous, really nicely converted with lots of thoughtful design choices. The rooms are lovely, beds super comfy, nice big fluffy towels. Great indoor spa facilities (we had a brilliant couples massage) and the outdoor pool is the perfect place to swim and relax with a cocktail. There are loads of nice places to sit and relax inside and outside. Staying here feels as comfortable as being at home. The breakfast is...

Beautiful former palace, we arrived early (11.00) expecting to just leave our luggage but the reception staff checked and our room was ready. We were treat to a glass of port in the lounge (hall of mirrors) and then shown to our room with explanations of where all the facilities were located and how things worked in the room. Our guide left straight away no waiting around with hand out for a tip. The hotel is located about a 2 mile walk along the river from the centre but runs a shuttle bus at...

We loved the hotel and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a river view which was an unexpected treat. Food was good , particularly the breakfast. The only niggle was the distance from the city but we used Ubers which were fast and reliable.

Beautiful hotel, with a great breakfast, nicely appointed rooms and lovely communal areas.

Fantastic hotel in great location whether you prefer the calm of the Atlantic coast or the bustle of Porto. Lovely rooms with great ocean views( best to ensure you take a sea view room). Hotel food was great - lower restaurant was better value. Service was excellent from reception to restaurant and bar staff. Spa and pool were quiet and very relaxing. It was an indoor pool but there was outside space to relax in the sun. Porto and the Atlantic coast are great places to visit - lots to see and do...

The hotel has a spectacular position overlooking the river and historical centre of Porto. Service was excellent and not overbearing. Breakfast and dining generally were high quality. The outside pool area is lovely. You can walk down to the river direct from the hotel, where there are a lot of bars and restaurants - it is however quite a steep path, so perhaps not suitable for all. Thoroughly recommended.

We stayed in a gorgeous room (suite) for four nights. It had a huge sitting area and a lovely big balcony with a great view. It wasn’t far from the old town and was a really nice walk along the river to get to everywhere. Great breakfasts, stunning rooftop bar, and a nice spa for a little wind down time too. Particularly loved the free items from the mini bar and the birthday cake, they gave my sister. Highly recommend.

Top rate experience. Highly recommend a stay. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Well decorated and comfortable room. Very good sleep. Wonderful warm pool in January. Great spa facilities. Conveniently located. First rate. Look forward to returning

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The spa was a great way to unwind. The bar staff always remembered what drinks we wanted without being prompted, the sign of attentive staff and excellent customer service. The concierge was very helpful with directions and recommendations.

Great service as usual. Xxxxxx

Lovely spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and linen. Nice bathroom products. Great to have a bathroom with a bidet too. Although not in the historic centre it was only a 10-15 min Uber ride and they were excellent value. There is a supermarket a 3 min walk if you need anything and a lovely cafe 5 min walk if you don’t want a big breakfast at hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous hotel. The staff were extra helpful and friendly - especially Claudia at reception. Nothing was too much trouble. Very highly recommended.

Book it now whilst you can. This is the best hotel in Porto. I've travelled the world and this is one of the best places I have stayed. Still under the radar...but not for long! Stunning.

Staff really friendly and seem to want you to enjoy your stay. Concierge had great restaurant recommendations and was able to get us tables. Barman was great. Interconnecting room perfect for families and spacious. Would definitely visit again.
