"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. "Wonderful experience. My 4 day 3 night stay exceeded expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not speak Portuguese but they had excellent command of English. The hotel is located in the perfect location near great restaurants, wonderful tourist attractions and perfect for local exploring. We were able to visit many attractions on our own (with the aid of Google maps) and enjoyed the freedom to do so. Very safe location and lots to do nearby. Loved it!!"

"The location was the best as it is close to everything and within walking distance to anywhere in downtown Porto including the Bolhão Market.
