Hotel murah di Caldas de São Jorge

"Very friendly and helpful staff, great bar and restaurant, excellent spa, indoor and outside pool options, great access to beach and boardwalk leading to Gaia and Espinho (two smaller cities south of Porto). Rooms also have great view. Very upscale. The only downside is that it’s about a 25 minute car ride to Porto, but the neighboring cities also offer a cool beach town experience (but definitely go to Porto). We would definitely return!"

"Definitely a 3 star hotel . The room smelled like mold . Everything was a bit outdated. I arrived at 12am and the guy at the front desk kept asking me for the same things after giving them to him already. He took my passport , gave it back to me then asked for it again.. he did that a few times .. kinda annoying to deal with that late at night . Also I don’t know when’s the last time someone emptied the garbage cans in middle of the hallway but the hallway really stunk bad. Breakfast was meh ....

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and my room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. These qualities alone almost make me want to give the hotel a perfect 10. There were, however, a couple of minor disappointments. The gym was quite small and lacked sufficient equipment for a hotel of this caliber. I was able to get my workouts in, but I wish the facility had been larger and better equipped. "A recepção na entrada foi confusa , o Hotel pela minha reserva não dizia que eu teria que pagar pra entrar no spa, 20 euros o casal por dia . Encontramos uma saída e pagamos 75 por casal por dia com direito a entrar no spa e ter um happy hour a partir das 17 as 19 horas com direito a bebidas e comidas . Só nós fomos avisados que teria direito ao café da manhã, o que nos fez perder um dia ."

"The property is well situated in a pedestrian-only street (taxis can access). The staff is knowledgeable about the surroundings and give great advice when asked. The rooms are a tad small, but this is really irrelevant. If/when we return to Porto, we will plan to stay there!"
