"Advertised as having a private beach but there is no access to the beach. I thought it was storm damage but I was told there was never a private beach with assess. Otherwise beautiful hotel. And the pool was delightful but no useable beach,"

"Staff for very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast has a lot of options but their warm food were often a bit cold. Outdoor pool were very nice. I like that there is an adult pool and kids pool the restaurants inside the hotel where a bit too expensive but the buffet dinner was also good with good value of money. The beach was very nice but mind you the sunbeds were very expensive."

"It’s the little things that matter sometimes. The concierge was so nice to help get a wheelchair for my mother to help get her around. The bartenders always greeted us with a smile and little snacks to enjoy while having a drink. One server my mom thought was so great she offered if he ever came to the states to come visit and stay in her guest room whenever he wanted lol. "This property is super clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. It is in an excellent location and right across from a grocery store (Continente) and a block and a half from the metro station. You can get to it directly from the airport by metro and you are located where you can get to anything with a two to five metro stop ride."
