"Non c'é ascensore; si arriva camminando lungo una salita non eccessiva. Vicinissima al centro commerciale Plaza Madeira. Pulita e con le cose essenziali che possono servire. É peró davvero molto piccola, lo spazio é ridottissimo. Non c'é spazio per un armadio, c'é un appendiabiti con alcune grucce."

"This apartment is worth every penny! The staff were so welcoming and helped when we couldn't figure out how to drive to the apartment. We were welcomed when we arrived and they were so nice. The location is ideal. You can walk to many restaurants nearby and it's right in the center of a pedestrain area. The apartment was clean and adorable. Staff were always available if you had any questions and were so helpful. Would 10/10 stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!"

"We stayed in this Appart hotel for 1 week. I must recognise personnel is very friendly , especially Helder who was helpful and prompt in our requests of support. Pool downstairs is nice and calm. Buffet at dinner is of high quality. The only drawback from our point of view is the kitchen having only one cooker and not many stoves, cutleries and pans for anything more than just a small and quick breakfast."

"Super séjour à Madère ! L’hôtel est agréable, la chambre est grande et nous avons été super bien accueilli par Victor qui petit + parlait français ! La piscine sur le toit est petite mais durant notre séjour en juin il n’y avait jamais personne donc on était vraiment bien à profiter de la piscine et des transats et des tables sur le rooftop avec vue sur l’océan ! Merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel."

"There were several areas that were not cleaned and were very dirty. For example the bathroom area: when the fan was on, large chunks of dirt fell on our heads repeatedly. The hairdryer was so dusty and dirty as well as the TV remote control with chunks of dried food on it. Some of the plates and cups were also dirty. The floor was not cleaned and there were dust and hair visible in some areas in between kitchen and living space "
