Hotel dekat Kebun Raya Madeira

"One of the best experiences we have had traveling! Every detail was perfect and the staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the Reserve- bests Ritz, St Regis and Four Seasons for customer service:-)"

"Todo muy bien, buena ubicación en Funchal y el personal muy atento"

"Great location. Clean rooms. Has a nice rooftop pool with a nice view."

"Staff are very kind"

"Staff were lovely and the room was very big, clean and comfortable! As a solo traveller I would definitely stay here again!"

"The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. Charging guests extra for something as basic as a pool towel feels unreasonable and left a poor impression. We can’t comment on the breakfast itself, as we had to check out before 7 a.m. We did,...

"Super friendly and helpful. Clean, beautiful views and great pool"

"Good location and very clean."

"The hotel has a great location next to the Cathedral. Only problem is that it’s hard to get to with luggage, since cars & taxis can not get to the entrance. All the employees were helpful, talkative, and enjoyable. The free breakfast has a huge assortment of goodies and even hot items.. The one problem I do want to address is parking your car. "Awesome location, we enjoyed spending time at the pool with a great view on the city."

"Very beautiful and clean property. Close to absolutely everything! I just wish their gym would have been open."

"Very good sized apartment in a good location, within walking distance to the marina, old town, restaurants and a nearby shopping centre with a supermarket. Simple check in process via a door code. Very quiet in the evenings. The shower is large but due to the set up the water does spill over as there is no shower door. The apartment got warm which was ok in April with the plug in fan but would likely be too hot in the summer with no air con"

"Centraal gelegen op loopafstand van alles, echter veel hinder van druk verkeer. Kamers zijn gehorig. Afwasmachine was niet aanwezig zoals gemeld in de beschrijving. De freezer van de koelkast was kennelijk lang niet ontdooid en druppelde water in het koelwater gedeelte. Geen mogelijkheid voor een late check out en ook geen mogelijkheid om de bagage op de locatie zelf op te slaan."

"Basic but clean rooms and breakfast had a great variety of fruit"
