"A 5 star resort , great spa too. Indoor pools, hot tub and steam room were serien. Our massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The main outdoor pool is massive and water warm. The breakfast buffet is outstanding . The staff were always polite and spoke various languages fluently. Our room was very large with a terrific shower. I loved their optional pillow selection as well. The cleaning staff folded our clothes too daily. A nice touch. There are plenty of great restaurants...

"Plus qu’un 4 étoiles. La vie est spectaculaire sur tout Funchal est la baie, la piscine extérieure et l’ensemble des équipement sont au top. La chambre deluxe est plus une suite car énorme et superbement équipée et champagne mignardises et bruschetta à l’arrivée en chambres des accès et rabais spécifiques pour la catégorie de la chambre. Le parking gratuit. Facile d’accès en voiture et à pied. Je recommande vivement "

Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und das Parkhaus befindet sich rund 10 Minuten entfernt, halb so wild... wenn wir das im Voraus gewusst hätten, wärs fast perfekt gewesen. Gemütliche Rooftop Bar zum Verweilen!"

"Superb hospitality with one of the best I have seen in Europe, pleasant and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is not only at walking distance to all major sightseeing in Funchal, but also have tour operator options nearby and within the hotel itself. The central location makes it quite easy and convenient to commute with the public transport nearby. The rooms are also spacious with perfect Ocean view to grace your vacation everyday. The breakfast had a wide variety of food selection...

"Very nice personal and service. Free drinks, towels and other stuff. Big Hotel with a lot of stuff like small football and basketball court, tidy beautiful rooms with very beautiful views. A lot of good restaurants around and the Promenade is like 10min Walk. Just one small complain, the ping pong balls and the football table were not in a good condition but that is almost irrelevant. All in all 5 stars very good stay."
