"Staff are very kind"

"Staff were lovely and the room was very big, clean and comfortable! As a solo traveller I would definitely stay here again!"

Walk in bathroom/ shower was without a window and limited mechanical extraction - so had a v damp smell - a design fault - but had to keep that door closed. But the...

"One of the best experiences we have had traveling! Every detail was perfect and the staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the Reserve- bests Ritz, St Regis and Four Seasons for customer service:-)"

"The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean with very comfortable beds and the pool and sea view were great."
