"We had a wonderful stay at Dreams - which exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. We remember these people and the good service they gave with a smile Bar - Antonio Entertainment - Sofia, Bruna, David, Carmen, Grace, Pedro Reception- Emmanuel, Mariana, Basilio Coffee - Bela, Linda Spa - reception Restaurants- Natalia But all staff were very warm and welcoming. "This was possibly our best hotel experience ever. It was my husband's 50th birthday and management helped to make it truly special.The hotel room and facilities were stunning. The Cliff Bay is very well located, on a beautiful bay a few minutes walk away from the port area (I would recommend this distance away from the cruise ships). We enjoyed a couple of meals from room service (best burger ever...and we've tried many). On the opposite side of the scale, the Il Gallo D'Oro Michelin experience...

"Loved it got a free upgrade. My adult daughter and I enjoyed the pool, breakfast, gym and other facilities. Did the Madeira tasting evening which was yummy, with plenty of food, and wine, well worth it. Car park was a little tricky required reversing in, if arriving back later in the evening, but that added to the adventure of the holiday. Thank you "

"We love Porto Mare and have stayed a few times before. The facilities are great and the staff are very welcoming! The breakfast buffet is the BEST! This time we bought the three dinners at Atlantida restaurant, all of which we fab but the fish and seafood night was the highlight! Our room was clean and had a lovely view over the gardens We’ll be back in 2026 :)"
