We had an amazing stay and honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, the beach directly in front of the property was absolutely amazing. One thing to be aware of is the parking. There was very limited parking available, and the parking garage was extremely tight and difficult to maneuver a car in and out of, so it wasn’t the easiest option. We often felt like we needed to return to the hotel earlier than we otherwise would have to make sure we could get a parking spot. If parking wasn’t available, the alternative was street parking farther away. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with a concert during our stay. The hotel did communicate with us about two weeks in advance that there would be a concert nearby and that there may be slightly elevated noise levels. However, the way the event was communicated did not really prepare us for what we experienced. The concert was essentially directly outside our hotel room, and the noise/ music during sound check was unbearable and we knew we would not be able to sleep given that the concert was scheduled to continue until 5am. The staff were very easy to work with and were understanding and did relocate us to the enotel santo serra which sadly was nice but not as nice as the sunset bay as we were isolated in the highlands and not near the beach. Over all would recommend but be weary of parking and public events in punto do sol.

Enjoyed our stay for 1 night. Beach area and viewpoints outside were excellent. Enjoyed the pool and our meal that night. Breakfast very good. Very clean hotel and comfortable stay. Parking was a bit of a challenge.
