"Um hotel que certamente me hospedarei novamente. Bem localizado. Bem de esquina com o jardim municipal com um shopping (plaza madeira) há 2 minutos do hotel. O café da manhã não tem variações, mas é bom. A equipe é atenciosa. O restaurante no terraço sempre bons pratos. "

"The hotel was very comfortable, quiet, and an easy bus ride to the centre of town. The staff was friendly and helpful. Notable were the free garage parking for our rental car as well as the quality of meals in the various restaurants. Would definitely vacation there again."

"This was possibly our best hotel experience ever. It was my husband's 50th birthday and management helped to make it truly special.The hotel room and facilities were stunning. The Cliff Bay is very well located, on a beautiful bay a few minutes walk away from the port area (I would recommend this distance away from the cruise ships). We enjoyed a couple of meals from room service (best burger ever...and we've tried many). On the opposite side of the scale, the Il Gallo D'Oro Michelin experience...
