Unfortunately we didn't arrive until 3.15am and the hotel was closed however we phoned an emergency no. and a member of staff gave us a key code to access the key. Few minutes walk to the promenade very well maintained. Currently building work at hotel. Thanks for our breakfast and coffee this morning. Regards Sean & Melanie"
