"Très beau jardin et roseraie magnifique. La vue sur la mer annoncée avec ma réservation était seulement présente sur la terrasse devant la chambre. Chambre confortable et bien équipée, sauf les matelas à ressorts qui sont très durs ! Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner ou pour dîner n'appartient pas à l'hôtel. Les menus sont très quelconques et il n'y a pas assez de place pour tout le monde à l'intérieur, obligeant à faire la queue ou à manger en terrasse, ce qui était un peu juste à la période...

"This is a great safe place for families. We brought our toddler with us and the all inclusive aspect was so helpful to make sure we could meet her needs and the food was pretty simple and non-spicy. "Great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The place was very clean. It was great having access to all of the facilities of the park hotel next door. Location was perfect, closer to the “old town” Funchal than most of the hotels, about a 20 min walk to the center, but great area near a lot. Overall I felt very safe, only thing to note is that there is no one at the front desk between midnight and 7am, but you will need your key card to get into the building...
