"What we booked is not what was given, as described on the website the room would come with a kitchenette and seating area and it felt like we was given a room that was unfit for purpose. We arrived to our room and opened the door that did not have a very secure door handle/lock and walked into the "sperate living area" that was empty and sparse with one chair and a TV on the wall, no kitchenette area or any sockets you could plug into, as the only power point in the room was high on the wall...
