"Clean comfortable room "

"Staff great; hotel rooms feel sumptuous and yet the price is very reasonable. I was on a trip thru Portugal and stayed here last week. I had an early flight to Barcelona this morning and instead of staying closer to airport I came back here because of the staff and the rooms. I was also able to leave one of my bags at hotel until I returned and the staff member remembered me when I arrived even tho she had just checked in about 20 people. Don’t lose yr staff-they have been great and I have already recommended hotel to a friend who’s going to Lisbon in Dec!"

"From check in to check out staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Room was ready ahead of check in time and we were given early access. Suite was excellent and seems quite new. Lovely high class interior with classy and contemporary vibe. Very clean and with all required amenities. foyer bar lounge very good with good quality live music every evening and good bar food. We also made time to enjoy the lower ground spa area and the roof pool, with spectacular views from infinity pool and lounge area. "

"Incredible experience from start to finish. Check in was quick and full service with a short introduction to all the in room features. The property itself is steeped in history and information provided within the room to help with enjoying the site. Dinning was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and wine to suit every dish. Location is in a prime spot in the city. Close to many city attractions and during out stay there was an active festival across the way. Hotel arranged for transportation to and from the airport. Only glitch in our stay was a missed booking, however the front desk recovered quickly and we were on time for our arrival at the airport. "

"Excellent breakfast with a wide range of high quality options. Staff extremely helpful. Beautiful bar area with very friendly staff. Hotel room was well decorated and very comfortable. It is quite a way from the City centre but Uber was very quick and cheap. The metro was also only a 10 minute walk away. The hotel had car parking so if coming by car would recommend this high quality hotel. Only minus was check out as it took 15 minutes in the queue. Perhaps you could have an express checkout for those with no bills to pay."

"The best part was the location. Walking distance from everywhere, right before the tunnel which is where the traffic begins. Will stay here again. Breakfast buffet pastries are great. Sometimes they have passion fruit. "
